We are seeking a Program Officer to provide high level program and project documentation, support and coordination for our Workplace Reform team.
This is a Full Time, Fixed Term (until September 2025) position.
While WFH/Hybrid options are available, it is essential that the successful applicant maintains a presence at Doncaster in line with our hybrid working model.
About the role Reporting to the Senior Program Manager Workplace Reform, responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Provide secretariat services, including preparation and coordination of papers, briefings and presentations for project governance committees, the Executive, Board and relevant subcommittees.
Contribute to continuous improvement of business processes and systems by identifying risks or inefficiencies and proposing solutions to ensure effective operation and delivery of programs.
Establish program management systems and processes to enable the monitoring of the division's objectives in a clear, transparent, and professional standard, identifying exceptions and keeping senior stakeholders informed of program advances.
Keep accurate records of work activities in accordance with legislative requirements and the organisation's records, information security and privacy policies and requirements.

About you Our ideal candidate is a great communicator with strong interpersonal skills to gain acceptance and support for ideas.
Your conceptual and problem-solving skills are second to none as is your attention to detail.
Working with changing priorities and deadlines requires someone adaptable.
You will also possess: A degree with subsequent relevant program or project experience, or an equivalent combination of training and relevant experience.
Substantial experience and expertise in providing high level program or project support within a large organisation or department.
Strong administrative skills and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in the use of Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook, use of reporting tools/software and relevant software and publication applications.
