We're in the early days of building our team and in-office presence is important, working closely with our clients to forge strong working relationships.
Our team currently works from our office in Melbourne CBD (Spencer St) 2-3 days per week.
Our goal is to build a self-sufficient and empowered team here in Australia.
Until we get there, we still have some reliance on our UK team, so being comfortable working flexibly for a portion of your working week to cover time zones is required.
Where in the world of Kaluza will I be working? Kaluza's Programme Managers work in Client Delivery.
They are at the heart of delivering maximum value to our clients by orchestrating our major implementation programmes and ongoing professional services projects.
You'll facilitate work across multiple organisations, have strong empathy skills, commercial nous, and be extremely organised.
You'll draw on years of experience working with clients to deliver complicated projects that contribute to transformation through technology.
You'll be helping support initiatives which are delivering Kaluza's Flexibility platform capabilities in Australia.
Our Flexibility platform connects energy retailers, grid operators, and consumers, helping consumers shift their energy consumption to times when there's more renewable energy, saving them money and enabling society to meet the challenge of decarbonising transport and residential heating/cooling.
What will I be doing? Programme Managers at Kaluza are responsible for the delivery of client-facing projects and programmes.
Your main responsibilities will be: End to end management of projects within the portfolio.
Implementation and optimisation of governance frameworks.
Working with the team to define and understand roles and responsibilities (e.g., RACI model).
Owning the delivery plan and eliciting activities required from contributing teams.
Keeping stakeholders informed of progress, risks, blockers, and maintaining focus on objectives.
Agreeing activity across the plan is owned with a documented 'definition of done'.
Providing regular progress updates to the business.
Identifying and removing blockers to enable earliest delivery of value.
Managing dependencies between Kaluza and our clients and partners.

Ideally you'll have the following experience: Years of experience delivering technical change across teams.
Experience developing and implementing software solutions in an enterprise environment.
Able to work at both detailed and senior management levels.
Demonstrable ability to respond to change with an agile mindset.
Experience in the DER (distributed energy resource) management space preferred but not required.
