Right now, we're seeking a Project Coordinator who will play their part in this shared purpose, while also supporting the progress of clients and colleagues so they can achieve great things.

About the role The Project Coordinator is primarily responsible for providing general administrative support to the Program Director, Best Client Outcomes and team, as well as coordination of various project deliverables.
This includes activities related to project governance, coordination of program activities across stakeholders, assisting program related resources in tracking business outcomes and aligning to benefits, as well as assisting with financial and administrative activities related to the program of work.
The Project Coordinator will also be accountable for working with the Program Managers and Program Directors by gathering information and developing reports, arranging key meetings, preparation of governance meeting agendas, minutes and actions items and follow up with responsible parties to ensure action items are addressed.
About the Team Reporting to the Program Director, Best Client Outcomes, you will be joining a supportive, encouraging and collaborative team, where everyone is valued and communicates openly, while contributing to a significant program of work for the TAC.
What we're looking for Experience in program administration is a prerequisite, project coordination is essential Demonstrated Understanding of the project and program lifecycle and delivery phases Excellent relationship building with proven ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels, able to influence stakeholders throughout project lifecycle phases Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise competing demands Highly motivated with a positive and proactive approach, able to see tasks through to completion Why you'll love it here There's more to work than a competitive salary and amazing employee benefits.
