Project Manager - Education Projects

We are partnered with a Tier-3 commercial builder in their search for an experienced Project Manager to join their team.
With over a decade of experience, our client has established a reputation for delivering high-quality projects spanning across various sectors, including education, medical, retail, hospitality, and office fit-outs.
About the Role: As the Project Manager, you will primarily focus within the education sector, delivering and overseeing both new build and refurb projects valued up to $8 million (with the sweet spot being approx.
$4-$5 million).
You'll work closely and be supported by the Project Director, a Contracts Administrator, and the wider project team to ensure smooth project delivery from start to finish.
This is an office-based role, so proximity to the Airport West / Tullamarine area is essential.
What We're Looking For: At least 7 years of experience in project management within commercial construction, preferably within the Education sector.
Proven experience using CHEOPS software.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
A trade qualification is preferred but not essential.
