Project Manager

The word on the street is that commercial fit-out is at saturation, maybe, or maybe not?
This company is continuing to grow in this market, and because of that, it needs an experienced PM to join its team to help handle this increase in projects!
So, would you like to work for a leading D&C fit-out business prospering in this market?
You will deliver predominantly office fit-out projects, but the business is also expanding into other sectors, with lab fit-out currently underway. CAs, PCs, and a site manager will support you. Projects are growing in value and range from $2-15m.
Most fit-outs are 'build' only, where a consultant or external architect leads the design. The difference is that the designers are in-house; you will work with them and lead and develop projects from the very outset.
Based in the CBD, the company has a great buzz and energy, and you can sense something positive is happening. The Directors have a philosophy that we work hard, but there needs to be time for you and not burning the candle at both ends. The salary on offer is up to $175k inclusive of super.
A Construction Manager will lead you with a background in D&C who is approachable, friendly and driven to get the best outcomes for clients and the business. The Directors have a great outlook and are accessible.
They have robust processes, utilise Procore and Hammertech, and are always open to new ideas and business improvements. The directors train on construction methodology each quarter.
Each week, there are team meets, coffee catch-ups and lunches where you can discuss your recent experience and use these meetings to get guidance or bounce ideas.
Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have at least two years of experience with a head contractor as a Project Manager in office fit-out or similar. Design experience, particularly with an in-house team, would be advantageous.
