Project Manager

THE ROLE
In this hands-on role as a Graduate, you will be required to:
Assisting the Project Manager with project planning and programming tasks, project compliance in accordance with the Integrated Management System, and liaising and managing client relationships.
Monitoring performance of construction crews and subcontractors against program and cost forecasts.
Reporting and mitigating performance issues.
Reporting production costs daily, weekly, and monthly.
Procurement of plant, equipment, and material.
Assist with developing and reviewing Management Plans and SWMS's.
ABOUT YOU
A degree in Civil Engineering.
Proven experience with earthworks, roads, pavement, structures, and civil infrastructure preferable.
Experience in working with authorities such as local councils and service authorities preferable.
Excellent client relationship management.
Excellent rapport with subcontractors.
Contract management experience desirable.
Excellent people management skills.
