What's on offer: This is an opportunity to work with a national head contractor.
You will be delivering a $25 million, 19 Luxury Town Houses + 1 basement located in North Melbourne, as they build out a skilled team.
Head Contractor: Long term pipeline of projects Location: North Melbourne Salary range: $180,000 - $200,000 + Super negotiable dependent on experience and value you can bring.
What you will be doing? In this role, you'll be leading the project and managing a $25 million luxury residential project.
You will be responsible for managing the project life cycle, liaising with all stakeholders to communicate deadlines, and encouraging a collaborative team environment leading to the successful delivery of timelines & budgets.
What are we looking for? We are looking for someone with demonstrated experience in delivering high-end or luxury residential or multi-residential projects.
Ideally, exposure to projects around $25 million would contribute to success in this role.
A strong ability to adapt and overcome challenges, along with clear communication with stakeholders, is essential.
