PROJECT MANAGER.
PROPERTY AND CAPITAL WORKS Full-Time position Location: Malvern Generous Salary Packaging - Increase your take home pay! The Project Manager, Property and Capital Works, plays a crucial role in delivering building projects across mecwacare sites.
This position involves close collaboration with the Chief Executive, Executive General Manager of Strategy and Transformation, and the General Manager of Property and Capital Works.
The Project Manager applies established project management methodologies, systems, and processes to support the business in both new building deliveries and the renovation or remediation of existing structures.
This role is essential for ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
Overall, the Project Manager helps enhance the portfolio of mecwacare sites through strategic project execution.
What you bring: Relevant trade experience with a minimum of five years' experience managing projects.
Knowledge/experience in applying contemporary best practice project management methodologies.
Experience managing multiple inflight projects.
Extensive experience with effectively leading project meetings and project progress reporting.
Demonstrated capability to engage, consult and work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders, manage competing stakeholder interests, and tailor your approach and communications to the needs of different stakeholders.
Ability to work autonomously.
High level attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High level conceptual, analytical, planning and problem-solving skills.
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
Current Victorian Driver's License.
Desirable: Experience working within the aged, community and/or disability sectors.
