Project Manager Required - 2nd tier - $10 M Institutional Project Our client is one of Victoria's quiet achievers.
They have been in operation for over 20 years and have grown steadily in that time and would now be considered a 2nd tier builder (but still have the inclusive, positive culture of a 3rd tier builder).
They specialise in commercial, education, industrial & institutional developments from $500 K in value right through to $50 M.
They are bucking current market trends having secured a significant number of projects, so are looking to add an additional PM to the team.
The first project will be a $10 M institutional-styled new build in the Northern suburbs.
Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be given complete autonomy over their project so they will possess the ability to effectively lead a team.
With a proven track record in Project Management they will have a passion for quality, the ability to manage programs and budget, work under pressure and achieve the highest levels of client satisfaction.
They will be either trade or tertiary qualified in Construction with strong leadership and communication skills whilst having a keen eye for detail and presentation.
In return the successful candidate will be rewarded with a salary ranging from $160,000 - $210,000 dependent on experience with one of the best employers in the industry.
