As the Service Now Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation and management of Service Now projects across our organization.
Responsibilities: Lead and manage Service Now projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to key stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and best practices.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience as a Project Manager specializing in Service Now implementations.
In-depth knowledge of Service Now platform capabilities and best practices.
Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and managing resources.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Service Now certification is a plus.
