As the Project Officer, you will be responsible for providing daily administrative support to your direct report to ensure that standards and deliverables are met.
In collaboration with the Coordinator of Rating Authority Valuations Administration, the Manager of Contract Management and the Contract Management team, this role requires someone with demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality and timely administrative support.
You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, including Local Government, contract managers and valuers to ensure deliverables are completed on time and VGV's obligations are met.
Develop, manage and administer the preparation and provision of the 7 Tertiata certification processing to ensure accurate and timely service delivery.
Liaise with municipalities regarding the transfer of data and the provision of 7a Certificates, valuation reports, confirmation of objection adjustments and GTC certificates in accordance with the Valuation of Land Act 1960.
Investigate and prepare correspondence including ministerial correspondence, reports and briefing notes.
Convey specialist concepts and policies and provide advice to ratepayers, municipal contractors and councils on a range of issues including procedures and legislation.

Qualifications and Experiences Appropriate qualification in business administration would be advantageous.
Knowledge of government processes and business systems and suite of tools currently in use for Word processing, report and brief writing, IT, HR, procurement and finance systems.
