Job Description Reporting to the Group Manager of Wellbeing, your main role and responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Be a trusted psychosocial SME in the organisation and oversee injury management and return to work cases.
Promote and implement company-wide initiatives to minimise psychosocial risk in the workplace.
Identify 'at risk' employees and have proactive and preventative conversations with them.
Develop strong, ongoing relationships with third-party external providers.
Collaborate and partner successfully with all senior-level stakeholders to ensure they have the tools to identify psychosocial issues in their team.
Work with the wider team to promote other health and safety initiatives across the organisation.
The Successful Applicant We are looking for a candidate who is comfortable in a fast-paced white-and blue-collar environment and has a passion for mental health and wellbeing.
To be successful, you'll need to have excellent communication skills, an understanding of OHS regulations, and the ability to partner with all levels of business stakeholders.
