Regional BDM Fire & Security Systems Job Specification The candidate shall have an excellent, proven sales track record within the commercial and contractual workplace, plus extensive technical knowledge of Fire & Security Systems.
Be conversant and experienced in the sales and application of fire alarms, CCTV, access control, and intruder systems.
Confident, organized, and well-presented sales engineering professional, with the drive and ability to develop and grow an existing and new customer base.
Job Duties Promote and sell the company range of products & services to the industrial and commercial marketplace within the regions set out and agreed with the manager.
Achieve or exceed planned order intake and revenue objectives within that territory.
Complete weekly reports where necessary.
Update and submit forecasts from the customer base.
Work closely with customer support, engineering, and finance departments to ensure that bids are competitive and meet customer technical, commercial, and operational requirements.
Prepare and issue quotations where required and liaise with internal sales support staff to complete.
Also, regularly chase up to identify key prospects.
Update and maintain the prospect pipeline.
To develop business within the Yorkshire area.
