Cultivate strong partnerships with both the client leadership and internal CBRE stakeholders.
Lead the regional development of short, medium and long term Real Estate strategies.
Own business case development, present insights and recommendations to the client.
Accountability for financial analyses and subsequent client recommendations.
Compile and validate regional portfolio data and business insights.
Drive regional activities and implement global initiatives.
Take responsibility for lease and portfolio strategy.
Your profile: Relevant tertiary qualification and a proven track record in Occupancy Planning, Transaction Management or a related position.
Numerate with the ability to understand financial terms and principals and deliver tangible insights to the client.
Team player who enjoys working with others, collaborates, and shares knowledge.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills with the capacity to negotiate, troubleshoot and influence.
