Regional & Services Coordinator

Regional & Services Coordinator Based in Springvale 12 month FTC Client Description: Our client is an internationally recognized leader in their field, offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Regional & Services Coordinator to join their team.
Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support for operations across the Southern Region.
Deliver outstanding customer service by professionally handling incoming calls.
Schedule service locations in the Southern Region and coordinate with external contractors as needed for additional trades.
Assist with the scheduling of SR projects to optimize efficiency, confirming dates with clients, and ensuring accurate documentation in Salesforce.
Ensure daily operational targets are met or exceeded by collaborating with the Regional Operations Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Project Managers, and operational crews to ensure smooth project administration.
Support timely invoicing and permits processing.
Handle customer payments.
Generate and deliver post-job reports.
Contribute to the ongoing development and implementation of Skedulo and Salesforce systems.
Preferred Skills, Experience, and Attitude: Tertiary qualification in business, administration, or a related field.
3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong customer service skills with a proven track record of excellence.
