Package Description Registered Manager - Children's Residential Home Wolverhampton Salary: up to £50,000 Welcome Bonus: £5,000 Annual Bonus: 21% of your salary Annual Leave: 32 days including Bank Holidays Keys Group is seeking a talented and dedicated Registered Manager to lead our team and oversee the operations of one of our 4 Bed Children's homes in Wolverhampton.
This Children's home is currently rated "Good" by Ofsted and has two Deputy Managers in place to support you.

In your role, you will receive ongoing support from a dedicated team consisting of a Regional Manager, Deputy Managers, HR & Recruitment, Finance, and Compliance.
You will also receive guidance from a proactive Regional Manager, who has been with the company for years.
Furthermore, a dedicated Divisional Manager will be at your disposal, enhancing the wealth of expertise and support available to you.

Key Responsibilities: You will be accountable for delivering high-quality care within the home, ensuring the care and progress children make is outstanding.
You will be responsible for the delivery of quality care services, as well as the strategic planning for developments within the home and all day-to-day management matters.
Leading your team along with other professionals, you will provide the therapeutic care and support needed for each individual child focused on obtaining the best outcomes.
You will act as a positive role model to colleagues and children to meet their everyday living needs, developing trusting relationships that create recovery, growth, and lasting change.
Responsible for mentoring staff, organizing work patterns, facilitating care-focused training to QCF level 3, performance reviews, and appraisals.
Service development, budget, and financial performance of the home.
The protection, safeguarding, and promoting the well-being of our children and young people.
Requirements: A minimum of 2 years' experience working within a similar environment at a Senior level.
Level 3 or 4 in Children and Young Peoples workforce.
Achieved or working towards Level 5 Diploma in leadership for Health and Social Care services (Children and Young Peoples management qualification).
Strong knowledge of legislation and safeguarding procedures such as The Children Act 1989 and Children's home regulations.
Highly driven, proactive, and enthusiastic leader.
A strong people manager with a hands-on approach.
Experience of budgets and financial management.
Fully committed to achieving the best outcomes for children.
Full driving license is essential.
Ability to work flexibly and carry out on-call duties.
