ABOUT THE ROLE: We currently have permanent full-time positions available for the postnatal floor.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our supportive and dynamic Maternity Services team.
The Registered Midwife is responsible for planning and delivery of midwifery care to the woman and her baby, within a multidisciplinary team environment, working collegially with other health professionals.
The Midwife is responsible for making decisions regarding patient care, to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

ABOUT YOU: As a Registered Midwife, your skills and experience will include: Authority to practice nursing with AHPRA as Registered Midwife.
A minimum of 2 years' experience.
Strong commitment to providing excellent clinical care.
Commitment to patient-focused care and teamwork.
Highly developed interpersonal skills and effective problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
Strong work ethic and ability to work well under pressure.
Dynamic, lateral thinker.
