In this role, you'll provide person-centred care to a diverse group of residents.
Your tasks will be aligned with your education and competence level, ensuring we maintain high standards of care in line with our policies and goals.
Key Responsibilities Caring for residents in varied care settings.
Plan, implement and evaluate evidence-based nursing care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes for our residents.
Work collaboratively with the Care Community Manager to facilitate and foster best practice standards in nursing care to residents and their families and carers.
Ensures and promotes an excellent standard of care and service is delivered by partnering with patients/residents, consumers, carers and the community at all levels of health care provision, planning and evaluation.
Qualifications and experience Eligible for registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and hold a current Practicing Certificate.
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain.
Demonstrated clinical knowledge and skills, commensurate with experience.
