About the role: The Clinical Diagnostic Unit manages the non-invasive cardiac and some neurological testings for adult and paediatric outpatients and inpatients at GV Health.
The Registered Nurse is responsible for working collaboratively in a team to perform a wide range of specialist cardiology and neurology testing, including but not limited to performing ECG's, Holter Monitor application, analysis and producing of interim reports, blood pressure monitoring application, analysis and producing of interim reports, Exercise ECG Stress Testing, Permanent Pace Maker interrogation, assisting with Stress Echocardiograms and Electroencephalogram (EEG) testing.
We are looking for: Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency as a Registered Nurse Minimum of 2 years of experience post-graduation Well-developed skills in performing and interpreting electro-cardiology studies, including reading and interpreting ECG rhythms Demonstrated ability to deliver quality patient care Demonstrated commitment to total quality management and improved health care outcomes If qualifications are a requirement for this position, please attach a copy in support of your application.
