As a Registered Nurse you will work in partnership with a number of individuals and professionals to ensure the health & clinical needs and informed choices of residents are met, as part of a supportive, dedicated team at St Vincent's Care Services Eltham.

Things that work for us: Nursing Registration with AHPRA is essential.
2+ years' nursing practice with residential aged care experience highly regarded.
Excellent leadership, customer service and communication skills.
Experience with Autumn Care (or similar software) with ability to maintain excellent records.
Understanding of Aged Care, resident rights/responsibilities with ability to follow the care plan.
National Police Certificate; NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
