The Registered Nurse is responsible for the provision of patient centred; evidence informed nursing care that promotes identified health outcomes.
The Registered Nurse will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Ideal candidate Current nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
Ability to participate in a 7 day roster.
Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills within a multidisciplinary team.
Evidence of participation in own professional development and commitment to maintaining competence and enhancement of skills, and willingness to apply and share professional expertise with colleagues.
