Monitor the condition and health of residents and record their progress. Lead a team of Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Workers and coordinate the completion of clinical care tasks and related clinical documentation. About you: Hold a valid qualification with current AHPRA registration. Ensure safe medication administration, best practice wound care, and clinical support for our residents, in line with resident needs. Satisfactory background checks, COVID and flu vaccinations, and certification proof. Understanding of AN-ACC Aged Care funding model is desired but not mandatory.
