About the role Upton House is a 25 bed Adult Psychiatric Unit in Box Hill.
As a Registered Psychiatric Nurse, you will be a valued and collaborative member of a multidisciplinary health care team.
We are looking for someone who would bring ideas, enthusiasm, passion and an ethos of patient-centred care to the team.
You'll be accountable for coordinating and delivering safe and comprehensive patient-centred care.
You will work within your scope of practice and in alignment with the Eastern Health and Nursing and Midwifery Board Practice Standards.
About you To be successful in this role you will possess: Post graduate qualifications in Mental Health Nursing (desirable) Current registration with AHPRA Well-developed communication skills Patient centred and trauma informed practice Passion for clinical excellence Willingness to engage in clinical supervision and development Resilience and strong commitment to high quality care The ability to work as part of a diverse team Vaccination against infectious disease is a mandatory requirement of this role.
