Job Description Nabenet is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Psychologist to join our team and help injured workers return to work safely and sustainably.
The role: As our Rehabilitation Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with a range of clients with workplace psychological injuries, conduct initial assessments, and provide vocational counselling and return-to-work planning.
You will use your core coaching skills, motivational interviewing, and mediation strategies to help clients achieve their goals and overcome any psychological barriers to employment.
