Why This Role Hybrid working - flexible hours $75,000 - $100,000 + Super Great team culture - ongoing support Having a diverse range of clients, which brings variety to your daily work and workload Career progression - promote from within A complete induction and onboarding process, along with a buddy program and continuous workplace mentoring, are made available Employee benefits to suit you What you will be doing: Collaborating with injured workers, employers, and medical and allied health professionals in a joint effort to achieve a common goal Case management Collaborating with employers and employees to create and execute programs aimed at preventing injuries and providing education on workplace safety Providing support to individuals with injuries or health conditions to help them recover and successfully reintegrate into the workforce Utilizing clinical skills to perform diverse assessments such as initial, workplace, and vocational assessments.
These assessments aid in diagnosing, supporting treatment plans, addressing psychosocial obstacles to employment, and identifying suitable job opportunities for workers who have suffered injuries in the workplace or from a motor vehicle accident What you will need: Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy Full AHPRA registration or ESSA Unrestricted Australian Working Rights Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle No experience required Would you like a confidential discussion regarding your interest in this position or others similar?
