As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be responsible for the following: Collaborating with injured workers, employers, and medical and allied health professionals to achieve a common goal Case management Creating and executing programs to prevent workplace injuries and provide education on workplace safety Supporting individuals with injuries or health conditions to help them recover and successfully reintegrate into the workforce Performing diverse assessments, such as initial, workplace, and vocational assessments, utilising clinical skills to diagnose, support treatment plans, address psychosocial obstacles to employment, and identify suitable job opportunities.
