What You Will Be Doing Psychosocial coaching to participants with injury, illness or disability Case managing complex psychological issues and liaising with treating health professionals Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation services Working across various schemes such as workers compensation, compulsory third party, life insurance, Comcare, Department of Veteran's Affairs, and employer-funded injury prevention programs.
Liaising and coordinating with various stakeholders, providing viable solutions and recommendations for clients Develop graduated return plans by liaising with doctors regarding appropriate timeframes and goals Why this role: Salary above market ranging from $80,000 - $120,000 + Super Lucrative bonuses for Return to Work, Return to life & Productivity Outcomes Tailored career progression dependent on your skills, interests & experiences Exceptional administrative support & high quality technology - mobile + laptop provided Need transportation?
