About the Role: Starting in early December 2024, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of aged care service delivery.
With access to the latest technology, a skilled team, and robust head office support, you'll be well-equipped to make a difference.
We invite you to join us early to assist in preparing the site for its grand opening in March 2025, and then lead the team ongoing to ensure that exceptional care is maintained.
In this position, you will manage the daily operations of the residence.
Your strong business acumen and meticulous attention to detail will be essential in ensuring that the home meets its goals.
You will leverage your extensive knowledge and experience to navigate the accreditation process and uphold the high standards of care provided to our residents.
You will benefit from the support of an experienced commissioning team, along with close collaboration from Operations, Support Services, Quality, HR, Finance, IT, and Funding within our growing national organization.
