We're seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our team and lead daily operations.
With a unique venue, boasting a large floor space, private dining rooms, and bars, this is a chance to be part of a thriving culinary experience.
Key Responsibilities: Creating and managing rosters for the Front-of-House team Conducting staff training and development initiatives Ensuring the facilities are clean, functional, and comply with health regulations Managing venue openings and closings Collaborating with the Event Manager and Executive Chef to plan and organise special functions Handling cash management and financial transactions with precision Ordering, stock control, and movement Weekly reporting and analysis of sales, trends, staff performance, and product inventory Checking in with guests to ensure their satisfaction with meals and service Addressing concerns by staff or guests with professionalism.
Our ideal candidate will demonstrate: Minimum 2 years' full-time experience in hospitality management, with demonstrated experience managing a team In-depth knowledge of beverages and food products, together with an inquisitive learning-oriented attitude Excellent customer service skills, ensuring guests have an exceptional dining experience Solid financial understanding, including P&L, Labour, and COGS control A team player with the ability to multi-task and handle different roles effectively A problem solver with a positive approach to challenges This full-time role entails working 7 shifts per week, with 3 single and 2 double shifts from Tuesday to Saturday.
It is hands-on and places as much emphasis on working in the venue on day-to-day tasks as it does on the behind-the-scenes work.
