Risk and Compliance Advisor – Commercial/Legal Unique, interesting and varied in-house commercial/compliance role for junior or mid-level lawyer with 2+ PQE at a premier, dynamic organisation.
Varied and interesting role Supportive team Our client seeks a confident junior or mid-level lawyer for a very interesting and varied Commercial/Risk & Compliance Advisor role with substantial client interaction.
You will report to, and be well mentored, trained, and supported by a down-to-earth Senior Commercial Services Advisor with impressive law firm and in-house experience.

You may have previously held a similar role and may have sound knowledge of compliance and risk management operations, or you may be happy to be trained up.
It is preferred that you are a qualified lawyer, but this is not technically a requirement, as long as you are commercially minded.
The role will see you manage stakeholders, undertake legal research, and provide written and verbal advice to assist in managing day-to-day operational challenges and meet legislative and regulatory requirements.
You will also assist in the development and delivery of seminars and represent the organisation on various government and stakeholder committees and working groups.
A background in corporate, commercial law, or compliance will be beneficial.
While mentoring is available, you should be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a good level of autonomy.
You should be customer-focused, creative, and personable, while operating with integrity and utilising your process management and presentation skills.
