Roofing Supervisor/ Operations Assistant JOB DESCRIPTION Big River Roofing Pty Ltd a roofing company that has been servicing North East Victoria for 30+ years.
We are currently looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to take on the positions of Roofing Supervisor.
You will be specializing in metal roof plumbing for Residential, Commercial and Industrial projects.
Duties will include but not limited to :- Detailed scope of works provided to trades prior to project beginning.
Ordering of materials.
Coordinating delivery of materials, plant & equipment.
Manage employees and subcontractors.
Liaising with suppliers and builders with progress of jobs.
Work with our team on a day to day basis to update accordingly.
Ensure project construction timelines are met.
Pre and post inspect jobs.
Make sure all safety requirements are met.
Willingness to travel from time to time however will not be required on a regular basis.
The right candidate must have the following attributes:- Strong communication skills, with excellent verbal and written abilities.
A minimum of 7 years in the roofing or construction industry Roofing experience Drivers Licence Company work vehicle Phone/i Pad Work Uniforms Above award rates Permanent full time secured job Additional Incentives Above award wages.
Remuneration negotiated upon experience and qualification.
