Job Description Customer Support: Address and resolve paper machine performance issues, using hands-on papermaking expertise to deliver practical solutions in a live production setting.
Performance Optimization: Assess and report on product performance, identify problems, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
Autonomous Work: Independently manage your schedule and travel across NSW and Victoria to meet customer needs.
Effective Communication: Collaborate with Albany International's teams and communicate with customer staff at all levels to provide tailored support.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and apply your knowledge to drive process improvements while maintaining high safety standards.
The Successful Applicant Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in papermaking.
Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues with paper machines and product quality.
Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with customer staff and global teams.
Self-motivated, able to work independently, and manage a travel schedule across NSW and Victoria.
