As a Sales Director, you will develop relationships with qualified customers within the area of responsibility.
As well as defining sales plans and strategy within your remit, you will perform all prospecting, sales and solutions activities to increase sales/profitability.
You will play a fundamental role in developing future growth and providing guidance, support and advice to the Perm, Staffing and Delivery teams.

Description Reporting to the Head of Sales, this is a single contributor role that will not require you to manage a team.
Responsibilities Lead the development of individual sales pipeline Maintain and nurture existing client relationships Sponsor of allocated "high" growth National Account Sales and service activity with prospective and existing clients Setting and monitoring individual productivity and Sales targets Utilisation of appropriate business tools and systems Achieve an increase in the Sales revenue from current clients Develop dynamic and creative sales strategies to drive revenue and growth Job Offer With major offices in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, Adecco offers a hybrid model of working.
