About the role Officeworks is seeking a highly skilled SAP Functional Analyst (FI/CO) to join our IT team in Chadstone, Victoria.
This role is critical to ensuring our IT application enhancements and support align with our strategic objectives, helping us drive sales and operate efficiently across all business functions.
Key Responsibilities IT Application Configuration & Support : Configure and support Officeworks IT applications, focusing on SAP S4 FI Certified systems.
Project Management : Lead functional designs and manage small to medium IT application enhancement projects.
Stakeholder Engagement : Liaise with internal business customers and IT teams to design and implement technical solutions.
Team Collaboration : Provide advice and guidance to less experienced team members and ensure compliance with ITIL standards.
Innovation & Development : Stay abreast of industry-leading IT approaches and contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT systems.
About you Qualifications and Experience: Appropriate tertiary qualifications, ideally at a post-graduate level.
ITIL certification preferred.
Up to 5 years of application configuration experience, preferably in the Retail industry.
Relevant experience with IT systems such as SAP.
Experience working cross-functionally.
Skills and Attributes: Broad expertise in IT systems like SAP and CRM.
Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP S/4 HANA.
Excellent planning, organizational, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and influence key stakeholders.
Initiative, innovation, and a passion for IT solutions.
Interest in emerging technologies and ability to cope with stressful situations.
