Operating nationally, for 35+ years we have specialised in building and contents restoration to domestic and commercial properties damaged through insurable events such as fire, storm, flood, and malicious damage.
We are looking for a highly motivated person to join our dynamic team to take on new daily challenges and really shine through.
The office-based Scheduler is responsible for the timely and cost-effective scheduling of the required site attendance bookings for our national team of internal and external partner contractor restoration technicians.
The role works closely with our teams of technicians, sub-contractors, and project coordinators and reports to the Linx Operations Manager.
Key activities include but are not limited to: Initial contact with customers and triage of new allocations Timely and cost-effective national scheduling of internal and partner contractor restoration workforce Usage/updating of scheduling portal Consistent and accurate administration of assigned allocations Liaising with stakeholders to ensure efficient communication and regular updates Desired skills and experience: An understanding of the restoration and/or building repair process, critical inspection points, and WHS requirements Track record of establishing and maintaining long-term relationships/accounts Exceptional organisational and time management skills Proactive and outcome-focused Ability to act independently and multi-task High attention to detail with excellent communication Due to our business being mostly weather-related and linked to major insurable events, overtime is occasionally required during these event times to assist in the increased workloads.
