About the Role The Senior Accountant partners with internal stakeholders to provide high-quality financial and accounting services at Djirra.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, but operating with a high level of autonomy, this role is responsible for maintaining Djirra's financial records and ensuring staff and debtors are paid, income received, and assets purchased and registered in a timely and accurate manner.
The role manages two supporting finance roles - the Senior Finance Officer and Finance Officer.
A core responsibility will be reviewing current processes to design and deliver continuous process improvements.
