Our client is offering Senior AP professionals an opportunity to take the first step into a leadership role (1 direct report).
Job Description Reporting to the Shared Services Manager, your role will include: Team coaching, progression, development, performance management, and contribution to culture and engagement.
Process Supplier data accurately and within specified time frames.
Perform Supplier Payments.
Maintain the Accounts Payable function by daily processing, balancing, record keeping, and reporting.
Drive continuous improvement across payables functions by implementing efficient operating processes and ensuring procedural documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
Perform monthly reconciliation of supplier statements, general ledger accounting, and month-end close processes, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information.
Other ad hoc tasks.
