We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to support a key project within their Aged Care division.
The Role In this 10-month fixed-term contract, you will support a major project within their Aged Care division.
You will be responsible for project coordination and act as the expert in both accounts receivable and payable processes.
Key Responsibilities Ensure accurate and compliant billing operations.
Manage direct debit processes.
Perform administrative duties related to accounts receivable.
Reconcile funding and support debt management.
Collaborate with the project team on project administration tasks, including data cleansing, mapping, testing, and documentation.
Skills & Experience Experience : 2-3 years in Accounts Receivable, ideally with project experience.
Aged Care Knowledge : Familiarity with aged care accounting, billing, and debt collection is a plus.
Accounting Qualifications : Relevant certifications or qualifications are advantageous.
Technical Skills : Proficiency with financial record-keeping systems.
Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Planning & Coordination : Proven ability to plan and execute project tasks effectively.
Customer Service : Experience in customer service, particularly in aged care, is advantageous.
