You'll be a Senior Agile Delivery Manager for either our Hybrid Cloud Services team, developing cloud-based tooling as part of service development, or our Retirement Digital team, modernising end-to-end services that ensure citizens over state pension ages have the digital tools they need to live a life without unnecessary hardship.
You will manage projects that are part of Europe's largest digital transformation, affecting the way that millions of UK citizens explore, request and use essential DWP services.
We are looking for enthusiastic Agile Delivery Managers who will be comfortable working alongside the Product Manager and with technical and data professionals, covering a wide breadth of activity focused on creating services that improve citizen experience.
You'll be a trusted member of our multidisciplinary Agile team, offering your own experience and insights to projects and learning from others in the project delivery and wider digital communities in DWP. Your essential skills and experience: Experience of delivering software in an agile environment in multiple phases.
A strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
Ability to promote a culture of psychological safety in teams, managing team dynamics.
Experience of coaching and developing others, taking ownership of your own development.
Exemplary leadership skills with a track record of motivating high performing teams.

We operate a hybrid working model.
We offer competitive pay of up to 63,517 per annum.
Additionally, a Digital Allowance of up to 12,231 per annum is available for exceptional candidates, based on our assessment of your skills and experience.
You'll be eligible for a brilliant civil service pension with employer contributions of 28.9%, worth up to 18,356 a year.
You'll get a generous leave package starting at 26 days, rising to 31 over time.
