The purpose of this role is to support the planning, execution and reporting of Audit activity as set out in the Audit Charter and the annual Audit Plan.
In this role, you will: Drive the provision of advice into internal audit portfolio annual plan on potential IT risk procedures.
Lead the testing organisation-wide as well as application specific technology controls.
Identify escalation events, issues or breaches, whilst adhering to process and procedures pertinent to the role.
Collaborate to deliver quality audit workpapers, perform walkthroughs and control testing.
Take targeted action to proactively manage risk and meet all policy and compliance requirements.
What you'll bring: Track record of experience within internal audit risk management or assurance function.
Experience working with application technology controls, preferably with API Management/Dev Ops/Microservices/Application Development in AWS and Azure cloud environments.
Exception data analytical leveraging skills (experience working with Power BI or alternative tools).
Passionate about identifying and testing IT application controls (ITAC) and IT general controls (ITGC).
Proficient in building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Tertiary qualified, preferably with Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance or IT.
