Job Description We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Art Director to join our Melbourne team working across one of our biggest connected clients.
As a Senior Art Director, you will be at the forefront of our creative team, driving the visual direction of retail campaigns across multiple platforms.
You'll collaborate with a team of experienced copywriters, designers, and strategists to produce work that is not only visually stunning but also strategically sound.
This role is part-time/full-time negotiable In this role you will: Lead the conceptualisation and execution of creative retail campaigns Develop and present ideas to clients, articulating the vision and creative process Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign delivery Mentor and inspire junior creatives, fostering a culture of innovation Stay abreast of industry trends and integrate them into your work Qualifications You will bring with you: 6+ years' experience working within a creative communications agency, either locally or internationally Proven experience as a Senior Art Director (or similar) delivering highly creative and effective omni-channel campaigns A strong portfolio showcasing your creative prowess and strategic thinking Exceptional leadership and communication skills Experience across the full creative channel ecosystem and knowledge of customer journey mapping from a creative perspective Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight timeframes A strong presenter, you can clearly articulate creative ideas to clients to sell in the finest work confidently Fluency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
