Senior Business/Data Analyst - Capital Markets Fin XL Professional Services is a leading IT services organisation providing a broad range of services to assist large Australian enterprises and Government departments to deliver IT projects.Are you a seasoned Business Analyst with excellent knowledge of investments and technology? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join a dynamic team. As the Senior Business/Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role across a long-term Liquidity & Treasury Management Program. You will be responsible for requirements gathering, data analysis, data flows to optimise data processes, testing, and developing outstanding stakeholder relationships. Key Skills & Experience 6+ years' experience working as a Business Analyst in Institutional Banking and/or Capital Markets Knowledge of financial instruments such as MM Money Markets, (FI) Fixed Interest & (IR) Interest Rate, FX, Futures, Derivatives (Options & Swaps), OTC & Structured Products, Bonds & REPO's, CFD's, Asset Backed Securities Experience working in a Front, Middle or Back Office capacity Prior experience with platforms such as Aladdin, Charles River, Calypso, Murex, Invest One or Refinitiv Strong technical acumen and understanding of data architecture, data warehousing, and data quality Detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset Excellent communication and engagement skills This is an initial 6-month daily rate engagement.
