Develop comprehensive change management plans and roadmaps. Facilitate communication between different departments to ensure smooth implementation of change initiatives. Monitor and report on the progress and success of change initiatives. The Successful Applicant Proven experience in a similar role within the public sector. A proven track record of successful change management within a large organisation. Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
