About the Role As part of ANZ's commitment to excelling change and transformation, the Enterprise Change function is at the heart of driving organisational-level strategies to embed adoption, enhance the realisation of benefits dependent on people, and uplift the quality of change delivery across our global business.
We are looking for a Senior Change Capability Manager who will be responsible for driving an uplift of change management capability across the ANZ Group.
This is a newly created position that sits at the enterprise level that will build and deliver on the change capability strategy.
You'll report to the Performance Lead, Enterprise Change within Group Strategy & Transformation and work with a team of highly experienced and passionate change and delivery professionals across all divisions.
Role Type: 12 Month Secondment/Fixed Term Contract, Full-Time (40 hours/week) What will your day look like? As a Senior Change Capability Manager, you will: Design and execute a comprehensive change capability strategy that aligns with ANZ and Group Strategy & Transformation's broader organisational goals.
Partner with cross-divisional Change Leads and Heads of Change to build the enterprise-wide change capability strategy and work together to embed change management practices and strengthen capability across all levels.
Lead the end-to-end design, delivery, and continuous improvement of change management capability initiatives across the ANZ Group.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the Change Management Community of Practice through community events, internal social media, tailored programs, workshops, and resources.
Act as the Product Owner for ANZ's Change Management delivery framework, responsible for driving continuous improvements, enhancements, and ensuring its effectiveness.
Maintain and enhance the self-service change management toolkit site to empower all teams with accessible change management resources.
Build and manage the brand identity of Enterprise Change and Change Management across ANZ by creating and curating brand assets, developing and issuing high impact communications, providing thought leadership, and driving our Viva engagement strategy.
Act as a key influencer and thought leader within the Enterprise Change function to rally support and drive engagement with the change capability agenda.
Measure and report on the effectiveness of capability initiatives, ensuring alignment with ANZ's strategic objectives.
What will you bring? To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: Proven experience in a senior change management role, preferably within a large, complex organisation.
Strong expertise in developing and executing change management capability strategies at an enterprise level.
Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across multiple divisions.
Exceptional leadership skills, with a passion for driving capability uplift and fostering a high-performing change management culture.
A strategic mindset, with the ability to translate organisational goals into actionable change capability initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse teams.
A keen eye for design and the ability to create visually engaging content, whether it's for social media posts, Power Point presentations, training materials, or other communication platforms.
Relevant qualifications in Change Management, Organisational Development, or a related field are highly desirable.
You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
