Roles and Responsibilities: Play a crucial role in aligning the technical work with the business objectives.
Collaborate with the Scrum master and determine which story tickets from the product backlog will be sent into the next agile sprint.
Well equipped with the programming expertise and experience.
Give technical guidance, communicate directly with team members and support them in their respective tasks.
Assist the development team in resolving technical issues.
Work collaboratively with development and QA teams to establish and reinforce automation development processes.
Assist in the planning, deployment, and management of user acceptance testing effort.
Train junior team members, participate in code reviews, etc.
Skills and Competencies: Expertise as an IBM Case Manager Specialist with work experience in analysis, design, and development in IBM File Net based applications using Java.
Experience in architecture, design, and development of distributed systems, Widgets' development with IBM Case Manager, and File Net Workflows.
Design, analysis, upgradation, and implementation of IBM File Net suite of products (File Net P8 5.5.x/5.2.x/5.1.x), BAW, Navigator (Plugin and customization), IBM Case Manager, IBM Content Collector, Workflow Management, Workplace XT, CE API, PE API, ACCE.
Experience in Content Management System, good in Content Model and Security design using File Net Content Manager, ACCE.
Experience in IBM Datacap.
Essential: Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
Additional Skills: Excellent customer interfacing skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
Interest in learning new technologies.
