The Role As a Senior Consultant at Think Impact, you will support for-purpose, business, philanthropic, and government organisations in managing for greater impact.
You will thrive in a dynamic, client-focused environment, leveraging your expertise in impact measurement, evaluation, economic analysis, and project management to add value to our team.
Your clients will be tackling complex social and environmental issues, and your role will be to guide them from project inception to completion, delivering solutions and insights that drive meaningful change.
Your primary responsibility will be to manage projects efficiently, employing project management tools and techniques to ensure that all activities are well-defined, resources are optimally allocated, timelines are adhered to, and milestones are met.
You will also manage dependencies and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth project delivery.
As a Senior Consultant, you may be responsible for overseeing 5-6 projects concurrently, depending on their scope and duration.
Key Roles And Responsibilities Proposal Development: Engage clients, design tailored methodologies and create proposals.
Collaborate internally on resources and costing.
Project Management: Ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery and adapt as needed.
Manage timelines, risks, and budgets; maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
Business Contribution: Enhance business quality, efficiency, and influence through additional responsibilities.
Continuous improvement and contributing new thinking.
Support team development, learning, and wellbeing.

Essential Required Skills and Proficiencies A minimum of eight years' work experience, including a minimum of three years' experience in consulting (or similar) environment.
Previous experience in a Social Impact, Sustainability or Evaluation role.
Proven project management experience.
Desirable Experience using social impact measurement methodologies such as Social Return on Investment (SROI) methodology or conducting economic analysis.
Experience with Project Management tools, such as Asana.
Experience leading and developing people.
