The aim of the DART program is to improve NDIS Commission system functionality and responsiveness to reduce the administrative burden on providers and support our governance and monitoring processes.
The DART program will also improve identification and response to both immediate and systemic NDIS risks.

About the Role Manage and optimise Salesforce CRM data models, ensuring seamless integration and functionality Oversee and analyse COTS product data models for consistency and reducing redundancy Work with cloud technologies like data lakes and warehouses to secure and manage vast data efficiently Lead the transition from Siebel to Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and reusability Provide expert advice on best practices for data migration, database administration, and CRM-related COTS products Collaborate with stakeholders to align database systems with business requirements and objectives.
