Senior Financial Analyst

Overview: We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented finance professional to join our FP&A team.
Working closely with the Finance Manager, the ideal candidate will have data analysis experience and excellent business partnering skills.
Responsibilities: Financial Planning - Lead the Business Unit's annual budget and quarterly forecast processes.
Ensure alignment across multiple functions.
Financial Reporting and Analysis - Provide in-depth variance analysis of financial reports at period and quarter end.
Identify, communicate, and present key drivers to Senior management.
Deal Pricing - Develop and influence the structure of deal proposals and ensure alignment on key financial model inputs across internal stakeholders.
Business Partnering - Provide decision-making support to key business stakeholders on various aspects of the business to ensure financial objectives are met.
Corporate Reporting - Provide timely and accurate corporate reporting on a weekly/monthly basis.
Qualifications: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Finance within a corporate and/or commercial environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation, and informal communication skills to all levels of staff and management.
Advanced in MS Excel (pivot-tables, v-lookups, Sumifs).
Power BI and MS Dynamics 365 experience desirable.
Financial planning system experience, Host Analytics or Essbase experience is a plus.
Flexible and adaptable approach to meet changing business demands.
