Annual salary reviews Reporting to the Head of Marketing Operations, your core focus will be on spearheading the development and maintenance of our website projects, employing your advanced skills in React JS and full-stack development.
Collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams, you'll lead the charge in pushing the boundaries of innovation, fine-tuning user experiences, and consistently delivering top-tier digital solutions.
Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of website changes and updates, managing project timelines, resources, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with design, development, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure successful delivery of website projects.
Develop, maintain, and optimise scalable and responsive user interfaces using React JS.
Design and implement Graph QL APIs to efficiently retrieve and manipulate data.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimise applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Utilise data and analytics to make informed decisions, optimise features, and identify areas for improvement.
Participate in requirements gathering and contribute to architectural decisions, especially regarding the integration of Headless CMS solutions.
Conduct testing and quality assurance processes to ensure all website features meet the highest standards of quality.
Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic.
Coordinate website releases, taking into account feature readiness, dependencies, and risks.
Experience & Knowledge: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with expertise in React JS and Graph QL.
Strong proficiency in Java Script, HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience with implementing Headless CMS solutions would be advantageous.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and modern authorisation mechanisms (e.g., JWT).
Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Strong communication skills to effectively articulate ideas and collaborate with team members.
