Senior Groups Consultant

The Group division of Helloworld Travel Ltd specialises in arranging trips for groups of 10 up to 400 for a diverse range of clients in Australia and overseas. The Group's team have an exciting opportunity for an experienced consultant to join their dynamic team.
All about the role: Based in Sydney CBD Providing exceptional customer service over the phone and via email Quoting and booking group travel arrangements for our international and domestic wholesale clients.
Providing local assistance while the groups are in the country Preparing and issuing invoices, receipt payments and maintaining financial documents All about you: You have knowledge and experience with travel bookings and possibly with groups Computer skills and the ability to confidently learn new computer systems.
